The prices quoted above are for up to 4 people and include:
• Comprehensive Welcome Pack on arrival (see Accommodation for details)
• All towels (Bathroom, kitchen and beach towels included)
• Linen change for stays of 2 weeks or more
• Cleaning prior to arrival
• Meet and Greet Service
    - We will meet you at the entrance of the Roda Golf & Beach Resort.
    - You will then be taken to the apartment and the keys will be handed over personally.
    - We will show you around the apartment and explain how to operate various items
        i.e. Air Conditioning, Central Heating, Electric security grills, Underground parking etc.
    - Leave contact numbers in case of emergency during your stay at Roda.
• Personal Shopping Service Service
    Whilst there is an extensive Welcome Pack in the apartment, we can get your shopping for the first day or so,
    removing the hassle of rushing out to do battle with the supermarket. Great for late night arrivals.
    There is no service charge for this, although payment for items purchased is due on arrival in Euros.
Supplements: Payable on arrival in Euros
• Departure cleaning charge - €50
• Scheduled arrivals after 21:00 - €30
• 5th person in apartment - €30
Please Note:
• Minimum stay is 3 nights except during Summer, when it is 5 nights
• Shorter stays can be arranged - please contact us to discuss
• For stays of more than 7 days, extra days will be charged pro-rata
• For stays which fall into 2 different tariff ranges the price will be adjusted

• Weekly clean for stays of 2 weeks or more - €50
• Various Baby Items - for a small, additional fee. Approximate prices below.
   * High Chair, Baby Walker, Rocker - €10 each
   * Car Seat, Layback Buggy, Pushchair - €15 each
   * Travel Cot, Playpen Cot - €18 each
   * Standard Pine Cot - €25
   * Also available are bottle sterilisers, changing mats etc - just ask for a price.
Airport Transfers:
The airport is a 10 minute taxi drive from Murcia Airport.

• £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
• £150 refundable security bond is also required on booking
• The security bond will be reimbursed a maximum of 15 days after the end of your stay, subject to inspection
