Pool & Gardens The apartment overlooks the beatiful gardens and pool • The 20m pool is large enough for a workout, or just relax and play with the kids • There is sun & shade in the gardens all day so you choose whether to get a tan or take care of your freckles • We provide 2 garden chairs for use round the pool

Visitors Guide There is a comprehensive guide to Roda and the local area waiting for you in the apartment. It contains: • Information on the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor • Beach guide • Maps of the area	• Guide to local bars and restaurants - including    recommendations and warnings from previous clients • Contacts in case of emergencies (doctors etc) • Instruction manuals for all appliances • There's even some basic Spanish vocabulary

Facilities • Onsite, there are pools everywhere with fantastic gardens around them and there are plenty of playgrounds to keep the kids happy • The Club house and golf course are just a few minutes walk • The Club house has both indoor and outdoor bar areas and restaurants with live entertainment during the Summer months • New Sports area with tennis court, 2 glass enclosed paddle tennis courts, basketball courts, 5-a-side court	Diasabled Access The whole resort is wheelchair friendly with ramps to all entrance doors and lifts - including the club house. Whilst the apartment is not adapted for disabled use, there is: • Wheelchair access from the carpark and main entrance via the lift to the 2nd floor • Shower Cubicle with easy access for the less nimble • Smooth, flat floors throughout - providing good access to the balcony Note: Whilst the external door will allow access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, the internal doors are only standard width
