Whilst the apartments are separately owned they are round the same pool, in adjoining blocks, on Phase 2.
Both owners see the benefits of offering these two fabulous apartments on the same website - rent one or both apartments.
• one has 2 bedrooms and is for smaller parties - sleeps 4 comfortably but can accommodate an extra person on the sofa bed
• the other is a 3-bed penthouse - sleeps 6 and has golfing rights which is ideal if you want to play lots of golf and take advantage

Mike was a Marketing Manager for probably the best known scientific glassware brand in the world. Bev worked for over 30 years in the Financial Sector managing major IT Projects.

Originally from Manchester, they moved to Spain when they retired (very young!) in 2006. The house they live in is located in a small Spanish village. However, its old! So they are constantly working on lots of "reformas" to make it into a place where they can relax and enjoy their retirement.

The apartment at Roda Golf was bought as their holiday home so has lots of stuff in that you wouldn't normally find in a rental apartment. Several friends borrowed it for their holidays and said they ought to rent it out - so they are ...... They are also NOT golfers but bought it for the luxury and location so are living proof that you don't have to play golf to enjoy Roda.

Peter and Jenny live in Poole, which boasts Europes largest natural harbour. If it were in Spain it would be Europe's No 1 attraction. Should you wish to stay in Poole, they have a 5*
2 bedroom apartment that overlooks Poole Quay, and is available all year round.

Peter ran his own business which he sold in 2007 and Jenny, originally from Cornwall, supported Peter and his business as a director, and brought up 3 children too. Jenny is mad on, and good at tennis, Peter plays golf. Draw your own conclusions from the wording !

They love Murcia, but their ties are in England, and therefore they open their doors to friends, family and guests at Roda so that they can enjoy the occasional visit themselves, enjoy the sun and soak up the atmosphere.
